Primary education at the French Lycee in London. A Levels at Downside in Somerset, Hons degree at Oxford Poly. Travelled widely before joining Direct Wines until 1989. After brief spells with Threshers, Winerack and Findlater Mackie Todd, moved to Scotland in 1991 with Waverley where he was a Senior Wine Buyer, until 2007, when he joined the team at Hatch Mansfield as the Scottish Sales Manager.
