Winemaking course with Justin Howard-Sneyd MW plus writing competition

Justin Howard-Sneyd MW has worked with the Dartington Trust and Schumacher College to create a short consumer course in wine and winemaking. ‘The Crush Course’ will take place in the surroundings of Dartington Hall near Totnes in Devon from 15:00 on 2 July to 16:00 on 4 July, and will encourage participants to get their hands dirty crushing and pressing grapes and learning how wine is made.
